Rates & Insurance

Lumen Counseling accepts most major insurance.  The out of network rate is $165 for the intake session and $165 for subsequent sessions.  If you are out of network you will pay for sessions up front however, I am happy to bill your insurance on your behalf.  If you have out of network coverage your insurance will send you a check to reimburse you the out of network rate for our sessions.

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield including, Regence, Premera and Anthem.   First Choice Network (some Kaiser), Cigna and Lyra.

I have a limited number of sliding fee scale openings available.  If you are interested in one of those openings let me know and we can discuss the details.
